Customer Container Handling Challenge: One solution was needed to perform dividing, cross laning, and combining.
Morrison Solution: In this system, Morrison divides, cross lanes, and combines wet wipe containers for packaging. This full solution was designed by Morrison engineers and integrated for the customer.
Each application is a separate assembly, and all of them are build into one complete turnkey solution. For cross laning, photoeyes were integrated into the controls system.
Containers are accepted from a de-palletizer discharge conveyor into this system.
