We strive to do the right thing, always. It’s why we completely overhauled our production facility to create 31 automation lines for COVID-19 test kits. Every person on our team jumped on board to make this possible, knowing we had a chance to directly impact the health of our communities. The result? More than 5 million test kits a day created by the end of the project, in under one year. We make a serious impact on the work around us and we all jump in to work together, always.

Our Application Process
Step 1: Apply for the Position
All applications can be submitted to employment@morrison-chs.com or on Zip Recruiter / LinkedIn for professional positions. For any internship applications, please head over to our internship site to apply with the form.
Step 2: Take the Cultural Index Survey
After you apply, you’ll be invited to take our Cultural Index Survey. This is not a test. It is the tool our organization uses to understand how each applicant best works and the environments they thrive in. We use it to help find the right fit for you.
Step 3: Video Conference Interview
Once the hiring manager and human resources has reviewed the application and determined you’re a fit, we’ll invite you to a video conference interview on Microsoft Teams. We encourage you to turn your camera on and get to know us! We’ll just go over general information about the role and get to know your background better.
Step 4: In-Person Interview and Testing
The second round of interviews involved you coming in to meet the team, see our facility, and interview with various members of the organization. We want you to see if we are as good of a fit for you as we think you are for us! Ask questions and experience our culture.
You’ll also do some light testing. This is to determine your attention to detail since we are a custom manufacturing company. Nothing to study for and nothing to sweat, we promise!
The process for the testing and interview usually lasts about two hours. We like to make sure you have a enough time to see what we do and ask any questions you may have.
Step 5: Accepting the Offer
If we’ve determined you’re a good cultural fit for our company, we’ll invite you to join! We try to turn around our offer letters quickly after the in-person interview so we can get the best candidates in our roles as quickly as possible.
