Our customer needed to run 28 oz containers at high speeds while precisely metering sports drinks for accurate spacing in the downstream sleeving application.
Morrison engineered a repeat system for this customer, featuring screws that positively control the sports drinks at high speeds of 600 CPM. These screws meter the containers with the correct spacing to allow the sleeving application to apply the sleeves effectively. Guarding was included to protect operators from the screws on these systems.
The timing screw drive unit was constructed with Stainless Steel High Washdown, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
