Customer Container Handling Challenge: This company previously purchased this solution from Morrison but wanted to upgrade it and remove controls, making it a slave driven solution.

Morrison Solution: Morrison engineered a four screw custom system that accepts two lanes of empty, horizontal one-quart oil bottles as the exit a trimmer discharge star. These containers are accepted into screws and twisted upright to be vertical.

Next, the containers enter a second set of screws in order to be combined and sent along to the next application.

Morrison integrated with the customer’s trimmer discharge star on site and built our system to be slave driven off an output shaft.
