Customer Container Handling Challenge: Our customer needed to move a tall, unstable container across their packaging line.
Morrison Solution: Our container handling experts designed a custom timing screw drive unit to accept full wine bottles from a backlog while keeping positive control of the container. The wine bottle fits directly into the pocket of the screw, bringing more stability to the line.
Our container handling experts also control the container at the proper centerline to create positive control of the container. The containers were metered with consistent spacing for the downstream operation.
