Customer Container Handling Challenge: This customer needed to meter tall containers for adequate spacing prior to a check weigher.
Morrison Solution: We designed a dual stacked custom drive assembly that accepts full, metal 211 aerosol cans from a backlog and space them to a 7” pitch for your check weighing application. Cans will travel over a deadplate prior to the check weigher.
Stacked systems prevent important benefits to tall containers, manly in that dual stacked timing screws will be used to contact the taller containers at two elevations which increases control over the entire container.
