Customer Container Handling Challenge: Containers needed to be spaced prior to a check weigher so as they went over, they would be weighed properly.

Morrison Solution: Morrison designed a timing screw system to create positive control of the containers and space them appropriately as they transitioned to the check weigher. This turnkey solution from Morrison integrated full electrical controls and guarding.

Light containers, random fed into this system, they are spaced and then controlled on the customer side of the system for check weighing. The cantilever screw design better accepts this shape of container when random red at the infeed.

The electrical controls allow the custom to change speeds easily as necessary, while understanding machine status.
