Customer Container Handling Challenge: Our customer asked us to design a unique denesting system to handle trays/clamshells/ lids within 12 denesting stations. They also needed separate systems for clamshells with hinged lids and separate stations for standalone lids.

Morrison Solution: Morrison’s Team of expert engineers designed 4 separate denesting stations. There is 2 locations that house 4 denesting systems each and 2 stations that house 2 denesting stations each. The denesting systems are for clamshells with hinged lids while the denesting stations are for standalone lids. Our team designed these stations to only run at a maximum of 1 system from each location. The denesting systems have a chute to allow operators to stack the appropriate product in each denesting station. Our container handling experts fit all of our customers needs while making it as efficient as possible.
