Customer Container Handling Challenge: This customer needed to automate a system that would create an alternate inverted pattern of their noodle bowls (up/down/up/down/up/down) into a single lane.

Morrison Solution: Morrison designed a dual timing screw drive unit that would combine the containers, creating the alternate one up, one down pattern. The orientation is dictated by the two lanes coming in, one lane of down and one lane of up.

This solution creates the pattern easily, automating the process. The containers, while rigid, are still soft, and the timing screws handle them with care to maintain the shape and integrity of the container.

The system was shipped to a customer in Malaysia.
