Morrison provided a rotary orientor that accepted containers from any orientation, ensuring consistent control and accurate positioning for downstream labeling. Using timing screws and change parts, containers were fully controlled and oriented throughout the process before continuing down the line for labeling.
The system was constructed using anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and food-grade plastics.
