Customer Container Handling Challenge 

A wine manufacturer came to us in need of an automated solution in which to overcome the challenge of filling bags of wine and then placing each bag into the empty boxes. Before this process was done by hand and was cumbersome and time consuming slowing down production.

Morrison Solution 

Our team implemented an automated timing screw kit to streamline the process. It positioned empty wine boxes under the machine, which placed full, sealed wine bags directly into the boxes. This automation eliminated manual labor, increased output, and matched the speed of the form sealing system.

Construction 

The timing screw drive unit was constructed from black anodized aluminum, offering a durable yet lightweight solution perfect for high-speed operations. This construction met the stringent industry standards required for handling alcohol containers.
