Customer Container Handling Challenge: Our customer needed a way to turn petroleum jelly containers 90 degrees. The containers needed to be turned from the narrow end to the wide end without the cap popping off.
Morrison Solution: Morrison’s team of engineers designed a system that can turn the petroleum jelly containers while keeping positive control of the container. The containers enter the infeed side of the dual screw timing screw unit with the narrow end and are turned to the wide end. After the containers exit the discharge end of the system they are ready to be bundled down the line!
