Customer Container Handling Challenge: Our customer came to us needing a single lane of full/open containers needing to be capped and torqued using a timing screw and the customer’s current 4 head capper / 4 head torquer.

Morrison Solution: Morrison’s container handling experts designed an indexing system equipped with deluxe adjusters to fit the need of multiple container sizes. The system accepts the containers at the infeed and indexes in groups of four. After the containers have entered Morrison’s timing screw, our customers system will then be able to cap and torque the containers. The containers will then be discharged from the system The screw provided for this system is a Delrin screw, allowing the containers to be Precisely located under the capper/torquer station.
