This system is designed to handle two lanes of miniature liquor bottles (50 mL & 100 mL) to create pack patterns using a dual lane and dual timing screw drive unit. This solution efficiently handled 700 containers per minute, feeding the flight bar and producing various pack patterns, and featured interpolated root diameters, eliminating the need for adjustment between bottle sizes and reducing the number of timing screws required. It integrated seamlessly into the customer’s existing line and was built from durable black anodized aluminum.
