This low footprint and cost-effective solution utilizes the backlog on your line and the geometry of your container through our guides and star wheel to turn your product. As containers enter the guides, they are met with the star wheel that rotates each container 90 degrees. By utilizing the backlog and conveyor speed of your operations there is no motor required.
The Non-Powered Starwheel Bottle Turner can be designed to turn your product 90, 180, 270, or 360 degrees. The turner serves as a change part, so if you need to run multiple container sizes, you can simple change out the star and guide mechanism to another set in order to run the new container.
