Reflecting on 2021 as it draws to a close, we are incredibly proud of and extremely grateful for our Morrison team and their accomplishments this past year.

50 Years of Support Built In®
With the help of our talented and extraordinary employees, Morrison reached a historical achievement and celebrated a milestone anniversary in 2021. This was a celebration in the making, 50 years in the making to be exact.
Kicking off our celebrations with an outdoor luncheon ensured that we could safely bring all our employees together to mark this momentous occasion.
We continued the celebrations by posting throwback videos commemorating our anniversary every Thursday on our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Check out #50YearsofSupportBuiltIn on any of those social platforms to see some vintage gold!

Breaking Ground On An 80,000 Square Foot Expansion
In March of 2021, Morrison broke ground on a landmark build.
Growing at a rapid pace over the past few years, Morrison needed room for additional employees as well as more room for operational and manufacturing space. As a quick solution, portions of the company moved into two separate buildings down the street from our headquarters for extra space. It soon became apparent that to best serve our customers and continue growing, we needed one space that could house the current team and be flexible for our expansion goals.
To best maximize our current headquarters, it was decided that an additional 80,000 square feet be added to our main building. With construction completed in 2022, we are looking forward to moving into the new space.

Showcasing Innovation With Our New Trade Show Booth
As trade shows started to return after 2020, we wanted to make the most of our space to illustrate the efficiencies we design to help our customers obtain their goals. Debuting at Pack Expo Las Vegas this year, we unveiled our new booth and two new machines focused on improving packaging lines while highlighting Support Built In®.
Connecting with our customers and meeting people face-to-face (with masks of course) is a great way to better understand their obstacles and challenges while providing innovative and custom support with our solutions.

Celebrating Manufacturing Month With Congresswoman Kelly
Morrison was honored to host Congresswoman Robin Kelly, Village of Glenwood Mayor Ronald Gardiner, and additional dignitaries to celebrate Manufacturing Month in October.

This year, we did something we’ve never done before, we pulled back the curtain to get a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at how Morrison’s Change Parts are made. As one of our most popular products, Morrison change parts are a staple fixture on a vast amount of production lines in the packaging industry. These parts make moving containers easier and more efficient.
