Customer Container Handling Challenge: The tall, skinny water bottles needed to be metered in order to be at pitch for a sleeving application.
Morrison Solution: For applications that use tall container sizes Morrison implements at dual stacked timing screw system in order to have better control of the bottle and minimize tipping capability the container is prone to. These dual systems offer greater control of the bottle so it can remain stable while traveling through and exiting the screw.
This system discharges the containers at a specified pitch for the customer’s sleeving application.
